    Job Description:


    Our client in Southern CT, an investor owned utility company, is currently seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in ADP Integration to assist in driving our next phase of transformation.

    This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, blending deep analytical insight with hands-on integration expertise to optimize our business processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
    • nalyze current business processes and suggest improvements aligned with ADP integration.
    • Help set strategic direction for ADP integration in alignment with the company's objectives.
    • ct as a key liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ADP integration solutions.
    • Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
    • Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated systems, recommending and driving improvements as necessary.
