The opportunity to protect RBC employees and clients from threats is critical for the company's security.
This role ensures that the regional physical security strategy aligns with RBC’s risk appetite, regulatory requirements and enterprise security policies
The Senior Manager will implement and maintain physical security programs in alignment with the regional strategy such as travel risk management , high-risk individual protection , incident management response . The role also ensure compliance with RBC policies standards and regulatory requirements for physical security . This includes collaboration with stakeholders to integrate security practices oversee operations including threat monitoring incident response access control manage metrics reporting on program effectiveness compliance demonstrate assurance senior executive management support adapting day-to-day delivery strategies hybrid remote environments lead cross-functional initiatives ensure effective integration stakeholder engagement provide subject matter expertise internal teams third parties continue training foster collaboration performance excellence coordinate secure events functions respond contain resolve incidents timely manner maintain awareness current emerging trends inform strategic plans provide guidance adherence policy standards regulations regionally stakeholders LOB customers lines defense teams drive integration collaboration Physical Security Protection program enterprise risk threat management Cyber Fraud CIS enhance operational processes increase efficiency effectiveness promote embed appropriate behavior organization clients monitor metrics ensure program effectiveness deliver ongoing assurance senior executive leadership.
