    We are Royal Trucking Company, a family-owned business with over 55 years of experience. Our goal is to provide our drivers with predictable home time and the ability to be home most weekends.

    Salary & Benefits

    We offer competitive salaries for experienced Flatbed and Van drivers, including a $2000 sign-on bonus paid out over the first 12 months of employment. Experienced drivers can earn up to $72-$78k per year, while trainees can earn up to $58,000 in their first year.

    Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, a 401k plan, and membership in a credit union. We also offer a lease purchase program with no money down, no credit check, and no balloon payment at the end of the lease.

    As a driver with Royal Trucking Company, you will be paid for all miles, both empty and loaded, with a rate of $1.25 per mile for Van drivers and $1.35 or 73% per mile for Flatbed drivers.
