Job summary
We are seeking a Mobile Clinic Driver/Patient Service Representative to work part-time in Boise. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to wear multiple hats, working as a Patient Service Representative and driving our mobile clinic vehicle.*Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred*
Primary responsibilities include checking in patients for appointments, collecting patient co-pays, answering telephones, scheduling appointments,
and checking insurance eligibility. Patient Service Representatives are friendly and provide excellent customer service,
assuring that patients are informed and well cared for while waiting for their appointment.
