Step into a newly created in-house marketing role where you will support our marketing agency with creating content for print ads, our website, YouTube, shows, social media platforms, etc.
Collaborate with our marketing agency regarding blog posts, landing pages, and link-building strategies
Track the marketing budget
Monitor market trends in our industry
Create content and push it out to our social media channels on Facebook and YouTube
Prepare for trade shows—reserve a spot, prep the display and banners, arrange for equipment transportation, order literature, brochures, and other marketing materials
Assist with office tasks as needed – as part of a small business, we support and cover for each other
Join a team that likes to have fun and cultivates an upbeat work environment

Our Ideal Marketing Manager:
Experienced: 5+ years of marketing experience. Broad marketing experience in graphic design, websites, photography, content writing, and photo editing would be a plus.
Computer Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and PowerPoint; Knowledge and experience with WordPress and Graphic Design software is a plus.
Excellent Communication:
Can communicate across different mediums. Ability to collaborate with our sales team and marketing agency to pursue company goals. Skills in graphic design, photography, or videography are a plus.
Self-motivated: Assesses the work required, has the initiative to get started and drives tasks to completion.
Organized:
Ability to handle multiple projects, social media platforms, and office tasks, giving everything the attention it needs to meet deadlines.
Positive Attitude:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, has a can-do attitude, and is a good team player.
Analytical:
Strategic, innovative, and creative with solid business acumen.
Open-Minded:
Willing to listen to other ideas and opinions. Able to change your perspective and do things differently; coachable and humble.
Professional:
Must have a clean-cut appearance when dealing directly with customers and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
