Job summary
The TD Garden Event Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to assigned accounts. They evaluate service quality and initiate corrective action as needed.

- Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high quality customer service for assigned account;
- Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates; addresses any actual or potential problems; assists line management in negotiation of client contract;
