    About the role: We're looking for our first ever full time finance role which will be central to our strategy and have a front row seat to scaling vertical SaaS business. This person will partner with CEO, own the entire finance function, build out & own reporting across the business, liaise with the board & other stakeholders. We're looking for someone who is scrappy, resourceful, excited about what we're up to and is going to help us build something incredible.
    • Create and manage all financial reporting - monthly, quarterly, and annual
    • Manage our day to day finance functions including payroll, AP, and AR
    • Create all forecasts, financial plans, and budgets
    • Manage cash flow for the business
    • Advise on capital management decisions
    • Maintain our ESOP plan
    • Create, maintain and report on business health metrics and KPIs
    You'll be great in this role if:
    • 4+ years experience working in Accounting, Finance, or Banking
    • Proven track record of strategic thinking
    • Highly proficient in building decks
    • Ability to identify problems before they arise
    • Proven track record of building cross functional relationships and understanding the ecosystem of a business
    • Someone who has done this before and has a track record of building strong finance and accounting functions.
    • You're an owner and will define what great looks like in this role and that whatever comes across your desk is better-off by the time you're done with it.
    • You're an excellent communicator. You have the ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly.
    • You have exceptional interpersonal skills. This role will be right in the middle of our business and will touch every part of the organization.
    • Super organized. You are able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
    • You adapt quickly and adjust your strategy on the fly.
