Job summary
The Injectable Production Supervisor coordinates and supervises shift production activities in manufacturing while ensuring that products are made with quality for our patients.Key Responsibilities Demonstrates a high degree of honesty initiative integrity drive reliability and trustworthiness Actively models and fosters a positive respectful and harassment-free work environment for all employees Conducts interviews makes hiring decisions on hourly employees Ensures open transparent communication to the hourly employees about company priorities policies and general company announcements Identifies proposes sees through process improvements optimizations of injectable manufacturing processes Conducts employee performance evaluations Reviews approves direct report timesheets Communicates sets daily production priorities with Process Leads hourly employees The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees the work of the Process Lead who conducts or coordinates on-process training including line orientation risk review of all new team members or those transferring The Supervisor monitors training progress readiness to work independently ensures production teams adhere to quality standards specifications Creates revises implements Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Production Batch Records Performs Batch Record review prioritizes reviewing corrections follows up timely completion Performs Transactions in Inventory Control Systems ERP Enterprise Resource Planning Systems timely basis Performs Investigations CAPA implantations non-conforming events Pre-approves expiration dates batch records prior manufacturing Performs other related duties assigned
- Mastered knowledge current Good Manufacturing Procedures cGMP relate production packaging activities.
- Able stand extended periods time hours more.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook.
