We are currently seeking a IT Service Desk Specialist to support our customer in Crane, IN.The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:
The selected applicant will be responsible for:
Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s).
Effective verbal and written communication.
Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment.
Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems.
Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Documenting internal procedures.
Assisting with onboarding of new users.
Desired Experience:
0 - 2 years of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE) is required.
Desired Education:
Bachelor's level degree or Associates level degree with relevant experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
