Yearly Salary: $370,000 to $415,000

The client is seeking a senior associate for its New York office.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in teams and independently managing various components of one or more of the following transactions:

• A lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings.
• Real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Joint venture deals.

All applicants must have strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills as well as exceptional business acumen and experience working directly with clients.
