    We are in need of a special person to fill our position for an

    experienced customer service representative .

    We value our clients and their pets as family and expect our staff to bear that in mind in everything we do.

    We also strive to provide compassionate, ethical, and quality care. We want to offer the best client experience and want work to minimize our patient's stress during our interactions.

    Our team is working towards this goal and as we are human, we may stumble, but the team is there to hold you up.

    We truly enjoy each other's company and laughter is often heard throughout the hospital (when appropriate of course).

    Our CSRs are the key to effective client communication.

    CSRs should be able to effectively provide client education as well as maintaining our EMRs, effectively managing our appointment schedule, client check-in and check-out, prescription requests and other tasks, including maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and building.

    This job requires multi-tasking, exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and can be quite fast paced.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as superior computer skills.


    We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, solid veterinary customer services skills as well as a professional demeanor.
