    About the Role:

    We're in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Experience Associate to play a vital role in supporting our team and managing operational tasks within our office. As our firm continues to grow, this role offers an opportunity to fully engage with all aspects of our business.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Assist in creating comprehensive client meeting preparations utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accurate performance reports and thorough documentation.
    • Efficiently address and resolve client queries through collaborative efforts.
    • Proactively manage client relationships, recognizing milestones, meeting deadlines, and ensuring adherence to our firm's standards and regulations.
    • Support various metrics tracking, including sales, marketing, and social media.
    • Handle incoming calls courteously and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking detailed messages.
    • Welcome and assist clients professionally, providing seating, beverages, and meeting their needs.
    • Adapt and excel in our evolving technological and business landscape by navigating various software platforms, including but not limited to RedTail CRM and Black Diamond.
    • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Streamline communication channels, particularly during client onboarding, to ensure clarity and timeliness.
    • Manage diverse administrative tasks and contribute to special projects as directed by firm leaders.
    • Be prepared to provide backup support for various positions within the firm as needed.

    What We're Seeking:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
    • A candidate committed to a long-term career in wealth management.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. A self-starter who can discern when to act independently and when to seek guidance.
    • High level expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a willingness to learn new software tools and platforms.
    • Strong multitasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to putting clients first, supported by ethical principles and reliability.
