    Retail Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of store operations, including team management, product promotion, and customer service.
    • Drive sales and promotional activities in the store.
    • Handle payroll, budgets, and store targets.
    • Maintain records and financial data.
    • Assign tasks to staff based on their skills.
    • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry developments.
    • Demonstrate expertise in retail sales management.
    • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
    • Provide personalized sales support to customers and address complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Complete all mandatory Firestone Complete Auto Care education courses and modules for the position.
