    Job Title

    A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) plays a vital role in helping patients progress and reach their recovery goals within our innovative and fast-paced environment at FYZICAL in Plainfield, IL.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to deliver comprehensive patient care.
    • Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques and exercises as prescribed.
    • Monitor and track patient progress, informing the PT of any changes or concerns.
    • Provide patients with essential information regarding continuing care and treatment plans.
    • Assist Physical Therapists in patient handling, treatment, and management.
    • Implement techniques and exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
    • Maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress updates.
    • Help evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
    • Educate patients on ongoing care and rehabilitation strategies.

    Requirements

    • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.

    Estimated Salary

    $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
