    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end coordination of the recruitment process, including scheduling, communications, and feedback. We are open to candidates with a range of experience.

    Responsibilities
    Recruitment Coordination
    Manage end-to-end coordination of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to facilitating candidate communication and feedback.
    Efficiently handle tight schedules and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
    Prioritize tasks to ensure that critical activities are completed on time.
    Flexibility to adapt to changes in recruitment processes, priorities, or organizational needs.
    Ability to handle unexpected situations with composure and effectiveness.

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
    Utilize and maintain the ATS to track candidate progress, manage requisitions, and generate relevant reports.

    Process Optimization
    Evaluate current solutions and identify improvement areas to create strategies for optimizing recruitment operations.
    Collaborate with Recruiting, Technology, and HR teams to implement enhancements and streamline processes.

    Training and Documentation
    Train new team members on recruitment processes and systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
    Create and organize all process-relevant documentation for each role you're supporting

    Ongoing Support
    Provide ongoing support to recruitment and people teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and troubleshooting with candidates and onboarding.
    Find creative solutions to challenges that may arise during the hiring process.

    Qualifications
    Proven experience in recruitment coordination and or people operations, preferably 6-12 months in a recruiting coordination capacity.
    Experience working in a startup environment a strong plus
    Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Lever / Greenhouse is a plus
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    Exceptional written and verbal communication
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, and managing documentation.
    Experience working collaboratively and partnering with senior-level recruiting partners, business leaders, and candidates
