    Location Description:
    Retro-Florida meets modern-chic at Bellwether Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach. Capturing the vintage spirit of its coastal locale, Bellwethers iconic architecture and nostalgic interiors set the tone for the resort experience: thoughtful, fun, and unexpected. Bellwether will become a Sunshine City flagship for unforgettable moments and immersive experiences.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    A Food Runner assists servers and bartenders in creating a unique experience for our guests. Runners are fun and professional individuals who thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced work environment and exhibit a passion for exceptional food and great guest service. Work on the Beautiful St. Pete Beach

    Qualifications:

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Assist servers and bartenders in fulfilling any guest needs.
    • Assist in marking and pre-bussing tables.
    • Liaison between the kitchen and the public areas for the outlets during service
    • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
    • Sanitize and clear tables promptly in an unobtrusive manner.
    • Possessing and utilizing knowledge of all offered restaurant menus.
    • Support in providing water and bread throughout the meal to the guest.
    • Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the outlets.
    • Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
    • Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas and a professional image and uniform.
    • Re-stock for the next day.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Some restaurant experience preferred, not required.
    • Service-oriented personality with a team mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills.
