- Cleans and performs basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on unit ventilators, and air handling units.
- Assists Stationary Engineer(s) with maintenance and operations of building equipment.
- Performs upkeep of boilers and mechanical rooms.
- Maintains simple record of daily operations.

- Completion of sixth grade or higher. High School diploma preferred.
