- Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures
- Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation
- Make technical decisions and solve problems
- Report test results accurately and timely
- Conduct maintenance and quality control procedures
- Assist with specimen processing
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Florida state Medical Technologist/Technician license required
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts

LabCorp is looking for experienced Clinical Lab Professionals to join their team at Ascension Clay County Hospital in Middleburg, FL. You will work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, contributing to LabCorp's mission of Improving Health, Improving Lives.
Schedule: 3rd shift; Rotating Schedule, Rotating on-call weekends. Week 1: Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat (8p-6:00a), Week 2: Sun, Tue, Thurs, Fri (8p-6:00a)
