    As a Collection Requirements Manager ( CRM ) , you use your spe cia lized functional experience and your attention to detail to prioritize information required to close intelligence gaps and to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.

    Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements. You'll be responsible for tracking and managing collection requirements, and support collection assessment efforts. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

    This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like intelligence disciplines and analytical requirements.

    You'll share your expertise with other collection managers ( CM ) and analysts through leadership and mentoring.

    You Have:

    • Experience with identifying appropriate CM access points and methods
    • Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT
    • Knowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
    • Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems
    • Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
    • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
    • Bachelor's degree Nice If

    • Experience as a Collection Manager ( CM )
    • Ability to brief senior defense and government offi cia ls
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
