- Some automotive experience is preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner/tools preferred also). If tools are needed, we have a tool package with payroll reimbursement to help you get started.
- High School Diploma or equivalent enrollment toward a technical degree a definite plus
- Track record of high personal productivity
- Ability to learn quickly and retain what is taught by more advanced technicians
- Commitment to learning new skills and willingness to accept coaching/mentoring
- $15 hourly pay plus overtime

At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.
Must be able to change oil and install tires. Work general service repair while learning how to correctly perform inspections, and perform increasingly more complicated automotive tasks. If you are eager to learn and want to become a seasoned automotive technician we would love to make you a part of our team
Responsibilities
As a Midas Automotive Technician-in-Training, youll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance, over time including:
