    Who you are:

    The Process Architect achieves internal business process improvement through implementation of operational and strategic approaches to ensure business success by managing, sustaining, and continuously improving business processes. This role manages on-going continuous process improvement by evaluating operational, service, and performance data to make recommendations and provide guidance that evolves overall efficiency, performance, and productivity of the company. Determines current performance, forecasts future performance, and builds and manages detailed project plans to implement improvements and/or corrective actions. Analyzes new business requirements and identifies and recommends the most effective approach and resolution to implementation and/or potential issues. Assists both strategic and tactical efforts in the areas of process improvement/engineering, process consulting, and process governance by designing and delivering global business, process-driven solutions. Success in this role is measured through efficiency gains, predictability of delivery and outcomes, and enhanced customer experience.

    What you will be doing:

    • Responsible for design and ongoing optimization of end-to-end Seismic services including onboarding and post-onboarding services; Complexity can vary based on several factors such as size, scope, number of geographies, variables or dynamics of customer and/or project
    • Interpret internal and/or external business process requirements on both regional and global scale
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate process documentation and measurement systems
    • Partner with project sponsors and senior leadership to plan, prioritize, and manage projects driving improvements in processes, people, systems, and structures by reducing non-value add activities and other forms of waste, and continuously improving performance and value proposition of service delivery
    • Guide teams through complex problem solving or process improvement, modeling the use of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies, as well as effective team discipline and group problem solving processes
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams spanning operations, consulting, architecture, product, sales and project management to drive proactive business process improvement, targeted process engineering and process design analysis
    • Investigate, keep informed, and recommend proposed corrective actions to key stakeholders when there is a breakdown of processes
    • Conduct quantitative, process-backed statistical analysis that interprets the data in a meaningful fashion to senior leadership allowing them to make informed decisions
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to travel up to 25%

    What you bring to the team:

    • Expertise partnering with internal and/or external stakeholders and senior managers
    • Experience capturing process requirements, including variation from standard operating procedures
    • Expertise creating documentation and translating complex ideas into a digestible visual model
    • Experience in process optimization
    • 2 to 5 years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role
    • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and pdf software
    • Experience working within a relatable industry B2B SaaS model
    • Proven track record within a similar role
    • Experience facilitating and working on a project to completion using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) approach
    • Process re-engineering (optimization, standardization, and transformation) experience within the tech service sector
    • Direct experience with process capture, development, and design
    • Expertise presenting to variable sized groups both in person and over video conferencing

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree/diploma, or the equivalent, preferred
    • ATS (Analytical Trouble Shooting) experience with certification, preferred
    • LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification highly desired
    • Project management experience – professional certification desirable (such as PMP)
