- Maintain office supply inventory. Order, receive, and distribute office supplies as necessary.
- Order and install printer cartridges, maintain printer paper supply, perform minor printer maintenance.
- Maintain conference room rooms ensuring they remain in working condition.
- Manage vendor contracts including printer repair, conference room equipment, and breakroom and coffee supplies.
- Maintain and manage Business Continuity Plan
- Document and send alerts as needed for facility related activities.
- Liaise with employees, vendors, and Tech Team.
- Responsible for the Facility Management Plan.
- Main contact with Gainwell Facilities for the following:
- Cleaning services
- Building maintenance
- Main contact with Gainwell Security for the following:
- Building physical security
- Badging

The pay range for this position is $60, $86,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
