Job summary
The Supervisor Show Direction plays a key role in maintaining and elevating the artistic vision and performance quality of entertainment experiences across Universal Horror Unleashed UHUThis position ensures show standards are consistently upheld through regular in venue observation performance documentation and delivery of timely actionable coaching and feedback to performers and leadership The Supervisor also supports the full show quality lifecycle including casting rehearsal planning training programs and annual brush up processes for assigned entertainment portfolios while assisting with the development enhancement and launch of new entertainment elements as directed In collaboration with Entertainment Operations Creative Production Designers and cross functional stakeholders this role helps ensure both new existing experiences are executed with consistency guest interaction excellence alignment to the UHU brand creative intent
