- Identifies, develops, implements, evaluates, measures, and improves the recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions while maintaining required staffing as directed by Operations and/or Corporate.
- Establishes an effective and efficient working relationship with plant management and Corporate customers which creates an environment that facilitates the interviewing process, thus enabling the hiring of qualified applicants.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a staffing role within a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Advanced fluency to read, write and converse in Spanish
- 2+ years of progressive responsibilities in an HR role, at least one of those years in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working with and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven knowledge of laws surrounding the interview process.
