    Description

    The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, organizing, implementing, administering, and monitoring all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish, implement, and sustain ISO 14001 &
    • Develop and maintain safety and environmental programs, policies, and procedures, to manage all EHS compliance and risks applicable to the facility.
    • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Develop Emergency Response plans, ensuring drills are conducted and corrective actions are identified and implemented.
    • Drive efforts to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes including hazardous and solid waste minimization and reduced water and energy consumption.
    • Conduct audits and inspections to identify system-level weaknesses and recommend solutions for corrective actions.

    Education and experience:

    • 5+ years of environmental, health, and safety experience required. ( manufacturing experience preferred)
    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Business, or closely related field strongly preferred.
    • Working knowledge of safety codes, OSHA 1910, EPA regulations, and other regulatory agencies.
    • CSP, CIH, CHMM certifications preferred.
    • Experience preparing and delivering HSE trainings.
    • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
