Job Description:
Data Engineering. This activity provides data engineering support across the NDU Enterprise.


The Contactor shall:

Diagnose existing architecture and data maturity; identify gaps and jointly enhance the data architecture with broader data team, while ensuring security and maintenance.

Build data tools and products, to include data schemas, for effort automation and easy data accessibility.

Work closely with Data Owners to ensure data quality and availability for analytical modelling.

Gather requirements, assess gaps, and build roadmaps and architecture to help the leadership make informed decisions.

Explore suitable options, designs, and create data lake/data warehouses for specific analytical solutions.

Identify gaps and implements solution or data security, quality, and automation of processes.

Support maintenance, bug fixing, and performance analysis along data pipeline.

Front-End Data Development. This activity provides data and analytics front-end development across the NDU Enterprise.


The Contractor shall:

Create applications, dashboards, reports, and other data visualization outputs according to requirements set by Feature Owners utilizing NDU provided business intelligence tools.

Ensure code follows coding best practices and industry standards.

Work closely with back-end developers to properly integrate Application Programing Interfaces.

Work collaboratively with Feature Owners to iterate and develop design changes.

Provide fully developed and implemented dashboards


Education and Certification:
BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of experience.
