We are looking for technicians/ mechanics who are energetic upbeat and have a positive attitude.The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to diagnosing and fixing vehicles for our guest continuously building experience as an automotive mechanic across wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles complete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections work as part of team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively follow promote high standards safety cleanliness organization work closely service department effectively communicate concerns work together other technicians solve problems meet deadlines deliver distinguished results
- Positive attitude desire serve guest
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred or plan achieve
- Capable diagnosing repairing all makes/models vehicles Meet exceed hourly goals aptitude learning additional skills processes professional appearance strong communication desire long-term career development Occasionally lift/move over pounds be able work tools vehicles lifted above head tight spaces dictated by needed repair dexterity order efficiently use hand tools walk/stand majority their day drive manual transmissions efficient navigate computers
