Job Summary:
The Lab Quality and Safety Mgr is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of laboratory quality,regulatory and safety requirements relative to the College of American Pathologists,
CLIA,CMSand TJC guidelines.
The incumbent will under
the direction of the Director of Laboratory Services
and oversight from the Medical Director,
conduct internal auditing to ensure Network compliance with CAP
and other regulatory agencies.
