Description:

• Manage Inventories ensuring quality
• Maintain a professional appearance when visiting customers.
• Demonstrate technical expertise regarding products, services, related industries, and applications.
• Promptly and accurately fulfill customer orders by pulling, packing, and shipping products
• Provide assistance and expertise to walk-in customers
• Ensure timely shipment of product to the customer by communicating constraints with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales teams
• Receive and inspect incoming products for accuracy against packing slip and store incoming products in the proper location
• Assist in evaluating and establishing optimal inventory levels.
• Provide basic technical support and assist with product selection.
• Improve order processing efficiency by utilizing Inventory Management software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts.
• Ensure that VMIs are clean, organized, and properly labeled.
