The Operations Technician II supports all aspects of the thin film manufacturing process. This includes but is not limited to coating metrology fabrication parts cleaning amp; assembly incoming and final inspection data interpretation and data entry All duties require a commitment to safety quality accuracy execution with excellence through continuous improvement performance integrity respect for people ndash; Company39s mission.Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing operations across multiple departments including Assembly Cleaning Coating Fabrication Final Inspection Marking ndash; Metrology Safely handle fragile optical components ranging from 1 mm to 450 mm weighing up to 25 kg Assemble fixtures tooling parts set up calibrate tools equipment as required Develop review maintain manufacturing documentation collaboration engineering peers work instructions operation procedures job safety hazard analysis etc Perform advanced equipment process troubleshooting maintain production flow
- Perform product machine inspections using visual mechanical metrology tools Analyze process inspection data document results escalate abnormalities appropriate personnel Enter manufacturing data generate reports Adobe PDF tools Microsoft Excel Outlook Teams other manufacturing systems Train support new existing employees assigned Serve technical resource core knowledge team member work areas Identify opportunities improvement safety quality process efficiency sustainability participate implementation efforts cross functional teams Lead assigned processes workgroups as required Adhere company quality environmental sustainability safety policies Maintain GMP housekeeping sanitation standards work areas Obtain maintain certifications licenses qualifications Perform duties as assigned supervisor management
