Maintenance Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualificationCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferredA minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of general maintenance procedures and techniquesPhysically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and eveningsEffective problem-solving abilitiesMust be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasksMust have open availability that includes, evenings and weekends
