We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Electrical Construction team in Seattle, WA .
We are looking for someone who likes to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
You will be joining an established and diverse team where you will be able to make an immediate impact. Transitioning project management and engineering activities through the design to construction phase.Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
Preparing client and subcontractor change orders.
Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
Coordination of work with trades, subcontractors and vendors.
Coach and mentor project team members.
Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred
Five to ten years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction
Proficient with scheduling software:
Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and required
Proficient with construction estimating programs and software preferred
