Job summary
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at our Bridgestone RTH program in Wilsonville, Oregon The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioningThe position requires the ability to frequently talk listen use hands and fingers reach stand walk sit bend stoop climb stairs as well as lift carry push and pull up to 40 pounds.
