    Our clients are seeking Direct Care Workers throughout the Valley to provide care for children and adults with developmental, physical and behavioral health challengesPosition compensates up $19/ hour - depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.

    SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Ensure the highest quality of client safety and care
    • Assist clients in performing activities of daily living
    • Support the individual's medical management
    • Provide teaching and support of individual treatment plans
    • Maintain thorough documentation of teaching programs, activities and incident reports
    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION FOR DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS

    • High School Diploma or its equivalent
    • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
    • CPR/First Aid
    • TB Test
    • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
    • 10 Panel Drug Screen
