Job DescriptionAre you seeking a summer job? Do you excel with science, have a love for animals, and enjoy hands on work? If so, we want to hear from youLocation: Taconic Biosciences is seeking two Animal Care Technicians to join our team at the Germantown, NY site for the 2024 Summer season.
The pay: $20 per hour
The schedule: Monday – Friday. Shift times as early as 5 AM, no later than 7:30 AM.
What you will learn and do in training as an Animal Care Technician:
Due to the nature of the work performed at Taconic, employees may be exposed to allergens in the workplace, even if their positions do not involve the direct handling of animals or animal bedding. While individuals with preexisting allergies and/or asthma may be particularly sensitive to these exposures, anyone can experience a reaction.
