Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a school setting, providing essential occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities. Whether you're an experienced OT or a recent graduate, we invite you to apply and make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' academic and functional success.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.
Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
