Job Description:

• Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Assist with non-medical daily activities which include: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia, etc.
• Drive clients for errands and doctors appointments.
• Asist with transfers, standby assist and safety supervision.
• Be on call as a Caregiver/fill in shifts that open up.
