My client is a growing Detroit General Contractor with an excellent reputation among clients and subcontractors.

Due to a full pipeline, they are seeking a Construction Superintendent to work on their mixture of Multifamily, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience and a desire to work on unique projects in the heart of Detroit.

My client is a highly successful General Contractor that has been making a name for itself in the Detroit market over the last 25 years.

They're looking to add a Superintendent due to their full pipeline of unique and exciting projects. Their core value is positively impacting the Detroit community and recreating the downtown area.
Work directly with project managers to oversee the project from conception to completion.
Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality
Manage efficient & timely project close-out, including punch list completion, as-built review, attic stock demobilization, etc.
Experience in Multifamily, Mixed-Use or Commercial construction preferred
