    Required Qualifications:

    • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
    • Bachelors Degree or 2+ years of professional experience in B2B customer service
    • Professional experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

    The Imagery Support Representative serves as the customer's resource and advocate within Maxar. Our team works primarily with customers based in the Americas.

    We also work collaboratively with other internal departments and customers to achieve Service Excellence and ensure complete and accurate delivery of the customer's requirements.

    Responsibilities:
    Answers inbound email and phone communicationsProcesses orders and prepares quotations and feasibilitiesAssists customers to define order requirements, including image selectionAbility to learn, execute, and affect change within a dynamic environmentUses knowledge of company policy and departments to find answers to technical questionsUses knowledge of satellite imagery to perform basic quality control evaluations and recommendationsAttend training and development courses, provide training to peers and customers as neededEffectively communicate with all levels of the company and customers

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous exposure to GIS applications and technologies, e.g., Esri ArcGIS, ArcPro, QGISExcellent listening, comprehension & interpersonal skillsEffective problem-solving and analytical abilitiesOur salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility.

    Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.


    The range for this position is:
    $ $29.38 hourly. Maxar employees must follow all applicable Maxar policies and COVID-19 requirements as well as those of Maxar customers and third parties.
