    Skanska is searching for a dynamic Supplier Diversity Manager within the Metro market.

    The main responsibility will be to collaborate with our local GM/EVPs, Project Managers, Business Development, Project Planning leaders and other key stakeholders to maximize opportunities for small and diverse firms.

    Supplier Diversity program execution (applicable laws, regulation and governance)

    Develop and manage the regional offices supplier diversity strategy in partnership with leadership
    Work with local and national Corporate Suppl to steer the program and fulfill Skanskas values with respect to Supplier Diversity
    Organize Diverse Business events and represent Skanska in the Diverse Business community for intentional engagement
    ~ Manage and facilitate DB subcontractor development programs

    Support our project teams with completing program compliance items on site or remotely if needed
    Educate, train, and raise awareness of the program to ensure a proper understanding by all employees whose work involves participation with Diverse Business firms
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, marketing, and business development to support strategy and communicate impact of the Program
    As requested, perform compliance to ensure diverse business subcontractors are performing a Commercially Useful Function
    Promote Skanskas values and be a strong voice in your team, organization, and communities.
    Proactively seek knowledge about federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to subcontractor management and supplier diversity.
    A High School Diploma or equivalent practical experience in construction, compliance or administration.
    ~5+ combined years of experience in relevant fields, such as Diverse Business compliance, community outreach, construction operations, employment, or subcontractor management.
