    Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative teamWhat will you be doing in this role?Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to patientsProvide occupational therapy techniques not limited to P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changesAchieve patient care time targets, with a general target of 75%+ minimum individual patient care time (unadjusted) in the outpatient setting.

    Keeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the patient for continuous health improvementsDelivering care as broadly specified within applicable state practice act.

    What will you get from us?Flexible ScheduleCompetitive PayWe source part-time and full-time therapists internally from our PRN pool before placing an external adOur ideal candidate will have:A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational TherapyThe required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensureCPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shiftA high degree of professionalism in both written andverbal communicationThe ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervisionBe able to maintain confidentialityStrong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAre you an OT who is interested in learning more about positions not related to Hospital specific care or wanting to find a specific career path you are passionate about?
