- Assisting in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant including on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.
- Ensures guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company's guidelines.
