    Description

    Job Title: Explosives Handler/Truck Driver

    The incumbent is responsible for loading, unloading, storing and transporting explosive materials. This includes crating and casing materials as required, securing cargo on trucks or other carriers and transporting explosive items between magazines (storage areas) and project locations.

    The position also involves cleaning magazines and adjacent areas to maintain safety compliance standards. The employee will select issue materials as documented on DA Form 581 or DD Form 1149 verifying the National Stock Number (NSN) Part Number nomenclature lot number serial number.
