    The Customer Service Representative side of the job is answering phones, making appointments, deliveries to the field and preparing estimates.
    We have a new aspect of our business that will be the main responsibility of this new hire.
    Assistant to the owner and sales team is vital to a successful team performance and helping to keep the business heading in the right direction.

    The ideal candidate will:

    Demonstrate:

    • Safe driving habits
    • Safe glass handling and ladder setting skills after reasonable training
    • Respectful, appropriate behavior in customers' homes as well as in the shop and office

    • Able to lift 75 pounds
    • A fast learner
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Able to master training on job skills
    Job responsibilities will include:
    • Maintaining a clean and orderly shop and showroom
    • Cleaning, restocking and organizing company vehicles
    • Preparing materials for jobs
    • Checking new glass for accuracy and acceptability
    • Following office protocols for glass management
    • Accurately processing paperwork
    • Other tasks as determined by management
    *Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period and at the discretion of the Franchise Owner.

    Compensation: $ $25.00 per hour
