    Accounting and Financial Reporting Leadership Opportunity

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant and Financial Reporting Lead to oversee the accounting functions and serve as an administrator for our Great Plains accounting system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and reporting process.
    • Supervise the production and distribution of financial statements and analytical reports.
    • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis.
    • Assist with the quarterly consolidation and annual audit.
    • Serve as systems administrator for the Great Plains accounting software package.
    • Manage and develop assigned staff.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have working knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics - Great Plains and Management Reporter.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • CPA is a plus.

    Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and location.
