Job Description

We have partnered with a school district seeking aSpeech-Language Pathologistto join their team for the school yearin theFlorence, South Carolina area. This is a full time opportunity serving an elementary age population. All applicants must be licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of South Carolina, as well as, hold or be eligible to obtain an SC Educator Certificate.

Compensation for these opportunities are lucrative, negotiable and pay significantly more than a traditional position working directly with the school district. Most importantly, these positions arestable contract opportunities as Elevation Healthcare retains over 90% of our contracts on a year-to-year basis.This is district where our employees have enjoyed a positive working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Administer diagnostic assessments and evaluations and provide appropriate interventions
Conduct Student Evaluations
Cooperate as a team member with administrators, teachers, parents, and other specialists while designing and implementing IEPs
Engage students with comprehensive use of principles of learning

Requirements:

Masters Degree Speech Pathology/Communication Science Disorders
South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License/Certification
Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
