    seeks Product Management Senior Manager in San Francisco, CA:

    Job Duties :
    Lead and coordinate all Einstein and Asset management projects across Pillars
    • Asset, Platform, Resource and Mobile.
    Mentor and guide others in matrix management while being responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, which includes: market needs, competition analysis, requirements capturing, product vision, roadmap prioritization, release execution, as well as field and customer enablement. Responsible for presenting the product and roadmap and building compelling demos for internal and external use.

    Engage directly with customers during research, pilot and beta to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

    Translate customer needs and use cases into product requirements. Develop core positioning and messaging for the product with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.


    Minimum Requirements :

    Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field, OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related field.

    A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).


    Special Skill Requirements :
    (1) Management Consulting; (2) Strategy Planning; (3) Market Analysis; (4) Technical Leadership; (5) Project Implementations; (6) Cloud Architecture; (7) Software Configurations; (8) Aurora; (9) Dynamo; and (10) Web Protocols.
    Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
