- Monitors and maintains an open line of communication with school administration, the Athletic Department, community, staff and athletes in reference to expectations of appropriate conduct and performance in their high school and middle school athletic programs. Conducts conferences with parents, students, principals, and teachers when needed.

- 5 years of direct experience in athletics leadership required

- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with endorsements for subject and subject level assigned is
- Must have experience or a desire to work in a major metropolitan school district.
- General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures including University Interscholastic
- Demonstrated ability to instruct and supervise student athletes and encourage athletes to
