Summary:
Carlisle Medical, a fast growing privately held company, is currently seeking an IT Software/Programmer Analyst for our Mobile office.

The successful candidate will contribute to any aspect of software development cycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

Essential Task and Responsibilities:
Develop or review software product definition and specifications.

Develop or maintain programming, testing and design standards and specifications.

Requirements gathering.

Design solutions that comply with systems architecture.

Coding and Implementation of reports, automated data imports, and UI Design.

Testing – including functional as well as user acceptance testing.

Troubleshooting and bug identification.

End user Training Documentation and Technical Documentation.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent analytical skills.

Ability to interpret high level technical designs.

Gathering or translating business requirements.

Intermediate to expert knowledge on software development methodologies.

Intermediate to expert knowledge on specific programming or scripting languages. For example, ASP.NET, C#NET (Microsoft .NET Framework), & MVC.

Strong Application Design and Architecture knowledge and experience.

Experience with MS SQL Server.

Ability to plan and meet agreed upon delivery dates.

SQL server reporting services.

Requirements:

5 Years programming experience required.

Bachelor MIS/Computer Science or Equivalent Work Experience.

2 Years of proven work experience specifically utilizing C# or Visual Basic.

2 Years of proven software development utilizing SQL Server 2005 (Stored Procedures, Scheduling SQL jobs, and Database Design).

2 Year of proven work experience in
