    **Description**

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Receive material and parts from internal and external suppliers

    Verify content for damages and quantity. Document respective data in system.

    Move material and/or parts into inventory

    Prepare shipments to customer according to schedule and work instructions

    Perform packaging of parts, documents, slips and labels as specified through work instruction

    Document outgoing shipment quantities in Epicor

    Report any out of standard conditions to Logistics Team Lead

    Assist with deliveries insuring items make it to appropriate owner and/or into inventory

    Maintains all receiving paperwork in database and works with Accounting to resolve discrepancies

    Prepare material for production per job board

    Assist with monthly inventory process

    Maintains work area, equipment and supplies

    Supports lean manufacturing activities

    **Education and/or Experience**

    High School Diploma or GED

    3-4 years experience with shipping and receiving preferable environment with high end, high mix, low volume product

    **Language Skills**

    Ability to write professionally for multiple outlets that conform to prescribed style and format

    Ability to verbally communicate effectively

    **Reasoning Ability**

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

    **Computer Skills**

    Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio)

    Experience work with ERP system preferred
